We, the Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG and the subsidiary RENAC energy & climate gGmbH, are internationally oriented training providers specialising in renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and fields of application for green hydrogen and power-to-X. We offer online courses, in-person training in Germany and abroad, set up local training structures, implement study courses in cooperation with universities, and organise events as part of the Energy Export Initiative.

Since our establishment in 2008, we have trained and educated more than 33,000 participants from the public and private sectors as well as the financial sector in over 170 countries. To support our marketing team, we are looking for a Working student (m/w/d) for 16 to 20 hours per week starting in February 2025. 

Your Responsibilities:

MainTasks:

• Create videos, motion content and photos for our website and social media channels

Depending on your previous knowledge and interests, other fiels of employment are possible:

• Support the planning and execution of social media and Google Ads campaigns
• Assist in designing graphics, photos, or editorial content based on your skills and interests
• Contribute to email marketing
• Draft texts for the website, ads, or editorial articles

What You Should Bring:

• Enrollment in a degree program in Berlin or nearby until at least winter 2026
• Studying media or communication sciences or a comparable field (career changers welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of handling camera equipment (camera, microphone, light)
• Interest in content creation and social media
• Creativity and a willingness to learn and experiment
• Self-motivation, reliability, and a structured approach to work
• Good team skills and enjoyment of working with creative people
• Good written and spoken English skills  and at least basic knowledge of German language
